Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav has stressed the urgent need for international cooperation in tackling global challenges like climate change. Speaking at a recent event, Yadav emphasized that environmental problems don't stop at borders—and therefore, solutions must be collaborative.
He underlined India's commitment to sustainable development while urging developed countries to take more responsibility, especially in reducing emissions and providing climate finance to nations in need. Yadav also pointed out that India is one of the few major economies actively working toward its green targets under the Paris Agreement.
He concluded by saying that a greener future requires not just promises, but solid action from all corners of the world.
